Now, we are going to talk about both WCP 3 & WCP 4. Both units were built in the year of 1928. They were more powerful and had a symmetrical wheel arrangement of 2-Co-2 which again, looks like was inspired by steam locomotives. Though largely forgotten, the WCP3 and WCP4 were still only the second and third electric locos in India, and largely share the WCP1’s legacy.
