WDP Series Part-I

In this series, the first locomotive is WDP 1. This was a poor adaptation of the WDM-2 intended for hauling commuter trains with small numbers of coaches, this model never performed well and has always had a lot of ride quality and maintenance problems. It is often used mostly for ordinary passenger trains. It had a rated speed of 120 kmph. It had a weight of 80 tons. Sorry for picture quality.
