WDM Series Part-V

Firstly it must be informed that there is no locomotive class designated as WDM-5 in India.. Next is WDM 6. It is a very rare class; only two were made which were Exported to Sri Lanka. Rated at 1,350 hp (1,010 kW). Maximum speed 75 km/h (47 mph). Next locomotive is WDM 7. 15 of these locos were built from June 1987 through 1989, they were designed for branch-line duties, but they are now used mostly for shunting. The below image is of WDM 7.
